Delete Your Account

Effective date: July 4, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Kingston Business Academy Mobile App account, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

Summary: Account deletion is requested from inside the app. Your account is immediately signed out and marked for deletion, then permanently deleted by our team after a 30-day grace period. You can cancel the request during those 30 days by contacting support.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is requested directly in the Kingston Business Academy Mobile App:

  1. Open the Kingston Business Academy Mobile App and sign in
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Privacy & Security
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the request when prompted

Once confirmed, you are signed out immediately and your account is marked for deletion. It is permanently deleted 30 days later. If you change your mind before then, contact support and we'll cancel the request and restore access to your account.

Data We Retain

Certificates are designed to remain publicly verifiable even after an account is deleted, so that employers and other third parties can always confirm a certificate is genuine. Once your account is permanently deleted, your issued certificate records (holder name, course, grade, and issue date as they existed at the time of issuance) are retained, but are no longer linked to your account, email, or any other personal information.
